Use our Find a Pub or Restaurant page where we have provided links to “location finder” pages for each product. Gift recipients can either visit our Find a Pub or Restaurant page or use the website details provided on their gift cards.
Online orders of Gift Cards up to and including £20 will cost between £1.50 (1st Class) and £1.70 (1st Class Signed For Delivery). Orders between £25 and £200 will cost £1.70 as they are all sent 1st Class Signed For Delivery unless Royal Mail Special (next working day) Delivery is requested in which case the charge is £5.65.
Any order containing Pub Tokens Gift Vouchers (therefore currently benefitting from a 20% discount) will be charged at £1.89 (1st Class) and £2.79 (1st Class Signed For Delivery); orders between £21 and £49 will cost £2.89; orders between £50 and £79 will cost £2.99; orders between £80 and £99 will cost £3.09; orders between £100 and £149 will cost £3.55 and orders between £150 and £200 will cost £3.75.
All orders between £200 and £400 can only be sent using Royal Mail Special (next working day) Delivery at a cost of £5.65 or DX (next working day) at a cost of £8.09. The postage options and relevant prices will be displayed before you are required to make payment.
Offline (email or telephone) orders up to £750 will be subject to a £5.65 delivery charge. All orders of £750 and over will be sent by Royal Mail Special (next working day) Delivery free of charge.
If you are buying on behalf of your company and need a VAT invoice then please forward your Order Confirmation email to [email protected] and we will issue a VAT invoice.
This will depend on which product you purchase and your recipient will need to use the website details shown clearly on each product to check the card balances and expiry dates however we aim to ensure that all our products have at least 12 months validity at the point of sale. We have provided indicative expiry terms within our Terms and Conditions.
You need to go to My Account and click on the Forgotten your password link. You will then be prompted to enter your email address and an email will be sent out with a link to create a new password. Please note the password reminder email may end up in your junk or spam email folder so please check this.

Please email us immediately at [email protected] as soon as you are aware of your mistake or have received your Order Confirmation email. Please provide your order number and the new details and we will do our best to over-ride the automated system before dispatch but we can’t guarantee this.
We are sorry but this is not currently possible. If you require delivery on a specific date then we suggest that you use one of our next day delivery options and buy before 2pm the previous working day. Otherwise use one of the Royal Mail 1st Class options and buy before 2pm at least two working days before you require delivery – delivery is not guaranteed.
We accept payment online using PayPal and most credit and debit cards (including AMEX). If your basket value is over £400 (after you have applied any discount code) then please call our Corporate Sales Team on 01722 781195 or email [email protected] and we can arrange to take your payment over the telephone by card or by bank transfer.
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm Mon-Fri on the same working day. Orders received after 2pm, over the weekend or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day however we cannot guarantee this. The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on the method of delivery you choose and the delivery guarantees made by your chosen provider and we cannot be held responsible for any delays on their part. If you select Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Delivery your order will be sent by 1st Class post and a signature will be required on delivery. If the recipient is not available to sign for the item then a card will be left requiring that they collect the envelope from their local sorting office within 18 days. If the order is not collected within this time it will be returned to us and we will contact the purchaser to arrange re-delivery at an additional cost. If you want to be sure of delivery by a certain date you will need to use one of the guaranteed next working day delivery options: Royal Mail Special Delivery or DX. Pub Tokens Limited accepts no responsibility for the timing of delivery of your order unless the Royal Mail Special Delivery option is selected. The majority of Royal Mail 1st Class and 1st Class Signed For Delivery post arrives within 48 hours of dispatch so if you were to order at noon on Monday your order will be dispatched that afternoon and will most likely be delivered on the Tuesday or Wednesday.
Each order of either gift cards or gift vouchers will arrive in one of our unique greetings cards inside a plain envelope. You can add a personal message to the card when ordering. If you order multiple cards, the message will only be printed on one card except for Corporate Orders when we offer bespoke fulfilment.
We deliver throughout the UK and to British Forces Overseas addresses. We do not dispatch to any other countries or locations.
You can edit your email address within My Account – all you need to do is to login with your old email address and password, go to My Account and go to the Account details area to change your email address. You can also update your password here as well as other personal details.

If you have signed up or registered via our website and ticked the “Tick here if you would like to receive emails detailing our great special offers and qualifying you for our monthly £50 prize draw” button then your details will be entered into our monthly prize draw for the month in which you signed up. One winner will be selected at random each month and the winner will be notified by a post on our Facebook page. The winner will be asked to confirm address details for delivery of the £50 prize of Pub Tokens Gift Vouchers and the name will appear here until the next draw is made. If no response is received from the winner within 5 days of the notification then no prize will be issued in that month. This month’s winner is Stephen Smith – Congratulations Stephen!
